Same system.
Three layers.
Every program runs on the same four-piece system: a defensible calendar, a short list of non-negotiables, honest tracking, and the right weekly check-in question. What changes is what we load on top.
Foundations
The adult who has been restarting for years and is finally done with cycles.
Foundations is the first eight to twelve weeks of working together when you've never had a real system underneath you. We don't open with a program — we open with a calendar. We map your real week, find the three slots that survive a worst-case version of it, and write the shortest possible list of non-negotiables.
From there we install the basic strength work: a small handful of main lifts, repeated, logged honestly, ratcheted slowly. The intensity is real, but the program is calm — by design. The whole point of Foundations is that by the end, you have evidence in a notebook that you are the kind of person who shows up. Identity is downstream of evidence.
Foundations is in-person at Castle Hills three to four days a week. You get the program, the form coaching, the calendar accountability, and the weekly check-in question that does most of the work over time: 'what's most likely to derail next week, and what are we doing about it?'
Resilience
The client who already runs a system and wants to add load without breaking the consistency layer.
Resilience is for people who don't need their schedule rebuilt. They've already proven they can show up. What they want now is more — more strength, more work capacity, better body composition — without the system underneath them collapsing in the process.
The work happens through programmed weeks delivered to your phone, with form video review, weekly written check-ins, and direct access for the questions that come up between sessions. Programming progresses in honest jumps, mostly on the boring main lifts, calibrated to what your real life can support. We don't add intensity in weeks where life is loud.
Resilience is for clients anywhere. The system is the same as Foundations — calendar, non-negotiables, honest tracking, the right check-in question — adjusted for distance and for an athlete who's already past the basics.
Longevity Tune-Up
The long-term client who wants a periodic recalibration to keep the next decade boring and effective.
Longevity Tune-Up is a small-group track for clients who have run the system for a year or more and want a quarterly check-up. It's the recalibration step that keeps the boring middle of a fitness life productive instead of stale.
Each cohort runs a focused block — strength, conditioning, mobility, or behavior reset, depending on the season — alongside three or four other people who already understand the practice. The group dynamic adds accountability without trading away the structure. Nobody is performing 'beast mode' for the camera. Everyone is logging honest work.
Longevity Tune-Up is the 200th-Tuesday version of fitness. It's not where transformations happen for the first time. It's where the transformations that already happened keep being true ten years from now.
Start with a conversation.
One call. We map your real week and decide together which program (if any) is the right fit. No pressure. No urgency theater.
